The toilets are located on level -1 and are accessible Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Access to the toilets is subject to a €1 fee (card payment only). This ensures a renovated, clean and welcoming environment, with permanent on-site cleaning staff.

Free access is granted to:

  • Persons with reduced mobility
  • Pregnant women
  • Children under 12
  • Parents and their baby using the baby corner
  • Members of the “Smile App” loyalty program who have reached the “Waff’tî” level

The ticket issued by the payment terminal entitles you to benefits in selected stores. More information is available by scanning the QR code on the ticket or here:

The automated payment system ensures a safer working environment for the cleaning staff managing the facilities.

Yes. A dedicated breastfeeding and baby care area is available inside the toilets on level -1. Access to the baby care room is free of charge.

Yes, Galeries St Lambert are accessible for people with reduced mobility, with wide walkways, adapted lifts, and free PRM-accessible restrooms.

Wheelchairs are also available at the “Conciergerie du Centre Ville” (level -1).

Only assistance dogs, police dogs and small dogs that can be carried in the arms are allowed inside Galeries St Lambert.
